What more to say, a sad day for DDB.  There is no mega company looking at DDB, if so, the share price would be reflecting the anticipation of a deal, that’s how the markets work, buy on rumours sell on news.  The bottom line, and that’s the fact, no hype, sadly, we are worth no more than 6 cents a share and that’s where the stock is headed.  Mabie in 6 month or a year down the road
