Future Direction

What is required if there was to be a RTO? Shareholder approval? Is this an attractive company for an RTO with the share structure?

Does there have to be an AGM or special meeting to appoint a new CEO or can Siva do it on his own with support of directors?

We are now under 1 mil market cap. Woud this company and thier tech/patent, assets/equipment be worth anything to anyone?

Who is still buying this company? I'm surprised there is much trading action given the silence and fear of the unknown.

Anyone surprised Tim never sold any shares?

nickel, Tim may not have sold shares, we dont know, we can look at insider reports, but he got 400K a year in salary.
