Corruption at its best

Now we know why the company wouldn't talk to its shareholders, they knew that this was coming down the tube and didn't want the price to get over a penny, what a bunch of crooked people, hope life gives them what they deserve.  Frigin crooks, selling the company and scweeewing they shareholders for peanuts on the dollar.

knew they couldn't manage the company so then just give it away.

Someone should contact the SEC and tell them to look into this corrupt deal.

rjlessard, SEC wont do sqaut, DDB is on the PINK sheets. I guess if you are a US shareholder better get into SWIF (ORCQB) or SWIS on the CSE.

Easeeeey boys eeeasy...lol rjlessard I get it buddy.......Emillo is really pushing SWIS here but I gotta admit with all honesty Emillio has posted a lot of important information for shareholders. Emotions are running high, even MNB eating nails for breakfast today, lol  but we need to show our dismay to DDB not the anonymous investors here.  And we need to all participate and vote NO ...more

LOLOL MNB you da man! RJlessard pretends he always knew and has millions of shares, so your right, he can just pay his 10 bucks and get rid of his million shares. The fact is, DDB management F^CKED royally ALL shareholders. Tims wife gor 100K$ extra in the bank and the guys at ddb are hoping they can keep their overpaid jobs.

The new co has nothing to do with current shareholders. It is just a cash buyout, no share swap here. All shareholders are f**ked up. I actually would take it if share swap was included.
