Not sure how many collective shares we have but our group of 6 has about 8 million shares. Not near enough to swing the vote. As you can see this board is little followed so our efforts will be in vain unfortunately unless we can pull more shareholders in.

DDB management had the enough shares before they made the deal is what is posted on CEO FORUM. Lator gators gotta go!!

It is all rumour so far -no sure that if they really have enough shares. As far as we know, the board holds around 11mm, the retail investors have at least 11mm for no on AGM, It all depends on the rest 60mm, most I believe holding cost is above 0.015. I don't see any reson why they like the 0.0125 plan. Unless Papa got the big chunk of the rest 60mm. So we ...more
