Just asking, MNB making sure everyone has an opportunity to think very carefully as to what is going to happen in WEEK 4 and what action you willl take if any to HALT the hostpapa sale!!

We have choices now.....in week 4 there are NO CHOICES.

We have a solid case not sure what the hesitation is about, but MNB and 3 other members here are 100000%  willing to join forces with any group, no matter where TO GET THIS DEAL HOSTPAPA HALTED!!

Good job MNB!  Yes count me in.  Just some thoughts: 1. The legal action should not start until we know the result of AGM.  If it is in favor of us, no legal action is required 2. We should get more shareholders to join the lawsuit, the more the better, not just 20 3. The case regarding the offer of SWIS is esential. Anyone has some proof? I will be traveling with limited access

guys,m King is right, but the lawyer should know when we should file the suit. As far as SWIS, I can get them to talk to us once things are set here. They have irrevocable proof and they were shocked that there was no reply, nothing. They spend thousands in legal fees to get the deal done and at the end they got some lame reply on Dec 31 2019. The deal with SWIS was share based, at that time ddb
