GREAT POST and super great question....WHERE IS EVERYBODY?? lmfaso...
Allow me to tell a childhood story. I was 14yrs old and my mom would ship me off to Quebec to work my aunt & uncle's farm. I loved it!!! Out of the city and into the country, with 9 cousins, ages 14-30yrs old.
A massive huge barn with 300 head of dairy farm cattle, peacocks running about, chickens and roosters flying by, 15 cats and kittens, 3 dogs, a garden the size of the local park lol..beautiful memories, the entire NOAHS ARC lol was on 500 acres of plush Canadian land!!!
One night, ONE VERY VERY HORRIBLE NIGHT, we were awakened by the dogs and animals barking and screaching, as the entire house emptied, one by one, we see the side of the barn on FIRE!!!
Quickly to the other side of the barn we go, the barn is quickly engulfing in flames and 12 people are in this barn trying to save 300 head of cow.
Each of us, 12 people individually all pulling on a cow, with all our might pulling, yanking pushing, hitting, kicking, trying desperately to get just ONE single cow, out of the burning barn,
Sad......very sad...... The flames were tooo hot and too high, the beams were coming doown, 10 kids in a burning barn, again I feel the heat memories as I type and I hear my uncle today SCREAM from the top of his lungs,
"EVERYBODY OUT NOW, ONE BY ONE he yelled our names out that door!!!!!"
(excuse me gotta me eyes ahhhugg)
NO SUCCESS, not one singe cow survived that fire. Not one single cow would move a hoof, not one single cow even made an attempt to get out of the barn.
I asked my Uncle, why did the cows not move, get out of the barn?
My Uncle replied: I don't know, possibly because of shock.
MY ENTIRE life I have always had that question unanswered, UNTIL TODAY!!
WHY DID THE COWS NOT LEAVE THE BURNING BARN?
WHY ARE DDB SHAREHOLDERS NOT LEAVING THE BURNING BARN and joining the DDB TEAM OF 5 LITIGATION TEAM????????
WHERE THE FUK IS EVERYBODY especially CEO INVESTORS wow did they go hiding in a fox hole... This has actually turned into a great science mouse experiment.

mnb, someone needs to pay the 25$ to legal shield and get the ball rolling. a class action suit starts with 2 people. once you guys are set, I can get SWIS to answer to the lawyer and have a convo.

I would email transfer $25 to you.

Sorry MNB. Understood your frustration. Thank you for every effort. We just do whatever we can do. For me, I will accept any plan including share exchange. It must be $0.05+ for pure cash buyout.
