Tim was dead, as Auricgold just posted......... when SWIS MADE OFFER OF @34!!!!! So, clearly the negligence WAS BECAUSE we did not have an active CEO!!!! 
The answer to your question Rulingmining, is THERE WAS A BUYER @34 cents SWIS!!!! Emillio what MONTH did SWIS make offer??? but but our clueless management NEGLECTED TO RESPOND!! 
It will take very little for this to be a vibrant, cash cow money making machine!!

@Rulingmining @zorros keep pretending like you know how to determine value. Everyone knows it is not worth $10m Do you think Management would sell for 1/8th the value? You know what it’s worth but management is clueless. Tim thought it was worth more, and where were the buyers? So why couldn’t they sell. But anyone can see it is not worth more.

MNB, SWIS made an offer for 0.075 so 3/4 of a penny. HOWEVER: This was for a share exchange, and it was a first offer. I heard that SWIS would have gone to 1.5 cents on share exchange and then all DDB shareholders would own shares of SWIS. By the way SWIS is going lately with their progress, it does not take a genius to figure out DDB shareholders would have been big winners.  Additionally I ...more
