Thanks Hammer!....... I sent several emails to IIROC, they responded they have no jurisdiction over DDB and redirected my complaint to CSE.
I sent 2 emails to the 2 addresses IIROC gave me.
I sent our letter to Jeffery Collins writer for Canadian Press
