Depending on how much money the dissident shareholders have on hand you may also want to consider Lisa Ridgedale at Ridgedale Hakemi or Robert Cooper at Cooper & Associates (not sure if that is the right name of Bob's firm).
All are securities litigators and good at what they do. They will let you know right away if you have a case worth going forward with in the courts or with the regulators
