Since the shareholder’s meeting held two weeks ago, we have been working hard with HostPapa to finalize the amalgamation, as you are aware.  We cannot selectively disclose information to one shareholder.  As soon as we have more information we will be posting on SEDAR and will let shareholders know all the information about their shares and payouts. Thank you for your patience and I hope you are staying safe with all of this coronavirus!
