Stock is now under 4 cents US. Nothing I can do with the rights offering. Can't sell my rights shares for commission is more then what they are worth. In a few months they will do a reverse split ...more

Yes the rights are posted in my US account, but I can't sell them or convert them because I am a so called US citizen. It would cost me more to sell then what they are worth. They told me to just ...more

Thanks 1zeeeee. I should add that the percentage dilution is somewhat less due to the 1 New Share for every 1.28 existing Shares ratio. This probably brings it down near 32%, for non ...more
