No Respect for DN

New Brunswick based Organigram announced this quarter $19M in revs with a $0.17/sh LOSS vs analyst expectations of a $0.04/sh loss.   Quarterly revenues on a steady decline over the last year -- CEO says they have ZERO ideas or plans on how to penetrate US market.

We are on the cusp of similar revenues and have positive EBIDTA .  Their market cap however remains TEN TIMES higher than ours....

OGI has 9 Analysts and DN has ZERO!

This points to a clear failure of DN management to attract broad investor attention and interest in DN while they happily dilute us at about ten times the rate that they should, when you consider where our market cap SHOULD BE right now, as in TEN TIMES HIGHER!!  WTF!!

I'm not sure how much longer I am going to tolerate this ans sit on the dock when POS competitors get ten times the respect and market cap DN gets.

"I'm not sure how much longer I am going to tolerate this ans sit on the dock when POS competitors get ten times the respect and market cap DN gets."     When we do get the "respect" you describe our SP and MC will reflect the efforts that have been put in at the foundation of this company. When this will happen is a guess.  If OGI have 9 Analysts and we have ...more

How do you explain that out Market Cap is ten times lower than a comparable org with horrible financial trends, huge losses, market share losses and offering little hope on US as a market? Connect some easy dots...these two are now quite comparable in terms of revenues, and one is way healthier than the other and going in the right directions. OGI:  9 Analysts = $500 Milion ...more

I look for value when I buy shares in companies and you continue to prove that the value in buying DN now at a discount to "peers" is high. If you are wanting quick returns I heard Advanced Signal was up 438% yesterday...

LOL, I look for value too. But value can remain trapped for eons. Sometimes I think I dig too deep into the weeds to find value no one else has yet. I appear to arrive at the party ridiculously too early I guess, lol. We are clearly unseen by the masses and I don't see any direct effort by management to promote to the broad investment community and get our SP where it should be. Yeah, SIGL is ...more

"... ten times higher share price than we have now. ie clearly worth the cost of garnering analyst coverage." Just to breakout and clarify my points.  You first accept the cost of analyst coverage here so that you can get broad visibility so as to get your share price in the neighborhood of the level needed to then apply and afford a US listing, and then BANG, the flood of risk ...more

Exactly my thought yeti, arbitrage won't happen unless we can get an American listing but I'm willing to hold for six months after that happens to reap the full benefits. I'm still in the positive I've got 22k shares at .5-.51 and even if  tanks to .10 imma hold idgaf I know John wants a new Tesla and doesn't pay himself enough to afford one so I'll go out on a limb ...more

I feel we may be kindered spirits my friend! I too feel we are early but its better than being  tardy to the party! And I totally agree if we were on the BIG exchange and had retail locations in the US and Ontario we would be way higher, but then maybe we would attract unwanted attention too... I am comfortable here because I have faith in a year from now we will be where we should be and if ...more
