Don't be swayed by the financing at 0.20 to prop up the value.
Read the SEC filings,look for the offshore addresses,its all there in black and white......Know what you are buying and what most have paid for it before you......
.001 to 0.20-0.30 is great for the boys,but for the buyer at 0.30 etc,well you can figure out the rest.....
If they succeed great,but what % actually do in OTC and OTCBB land?
