So what are you suggesting? CCO offer the $500M they just raised to DNN to JV on their ISR mining project? I'm okay with that... how does $500M for a 20% stake sound? Personally, I'm happy if DNN goes it alone - sign firm U supply contracts once the ISR mine FID/EIS is approved and use that backing to raise capex funds via their own debt offering and still maintain full mine ownership.
