5 years ago Martello Technologies became one of the original meme stocks when Bruce Linton had a Martello t-shirt on TV and the stock skyrocketed in a few days. Maybe that is how Roaring Kitty and Gamestop got their idea :) Happy Anniversary!

Speaks to the colossal level of underachievement by all those quoted.   The beauty of online content versus traditional print. The record remains readily available for a long time.

This brings back good memories. I became aware of the company that Spring - the Terry & Bruce involvement, did rudimentary diligence, decided it was probably worth the 40 cents it was trading at. So, when it dropped to 20 cents, I bought some. Then came the t-shirt incident. I quickly sold at 60 cents since I still believed it was only worth 40 cents. I subsequently did a bit more diligence

That's the nature of the markets.  Some can make a lot of money on companies that are run into the ground.  Privately a buyer would have looked at Martello at the time and offered value of the legacy business before destruction of so much shareholder value with intitiatives that were less than a t-shirt. How many losses did they incur since then?  Off the top of my head I
