52 week low?

DM is bouncing off its 52 week low today...buying opp? I really can't understand why this stock is so low.....of course it will take years for a mine to be built and demand is not great right now but demand will improve going forward and this mine will be a huge producer when it does get built....my guess is people will look back at these prices and shake their heads in wonder...or wish they could go back in time and load up the truck.......all imho....

Its low because of a complacent CEO and a lousy investor relations department. Why Duluth Metals is not trading on the NYSE is beyond me.
