Why would Anto sell its 40% interest for $220 million???

Does anyone understand why Anto would be willing to walk away from the TMM for under $250 million??

Some key info is missing.  Does the PFS indicate that the scale of the project is too big and no one would wish to expose that much capital at this juncture in the world's  fragile  economy?
If Anto wants out why have they not found a buyer and worked with DM to arrange for a takeover?
Many other questions?
DM has probably not prepared for this annoucement by Anto and they certainly do not have the financial capacity to buyout Anto or even continue with Funding  a 60% interest in TMM.

The PFS may be positive, hopefully, but itseems likely that it will be way too big for DM to handle financially or managerially.

A takeover of DM would be welcome both to keep TMM alive and to replace DM's existing apparently bloated managment team.

Could we be on the verge of a fire sale?
