Potential buyer?

Last coupple of days of price move suggest some body might be interested in TMM. Given it is not the cheapest resource to produce it most be some one very bullish on Copper and Nickel prices.
My mind is just drifted toward Glencore management who are the most outspoken bulls on Copper and Nickel prices.

They are able to get 60% of this project for 100M$, which is nothing for Glen. I trust that they are able to improve the Metallurgy so the project can become attractive even at current prices.

I agree that Glencore is an obvious suitor.  They are already in the vicinity and they know how to extract this kind of material.  Here are two comments 1  They will not buy out DM unless they also have a deal to buy out Anto.   They are too big to require a joint venture although they have some joint ventures 2  They are already hooked up with Polymet who are also in ...more

Miss or Mr Mat, Why do you have such a passion for negating this stock? It is very transparent that what you do dosen't look like it is done out of compassion for the longs to save them from further potential "disaster"...Your comments are well written and sound very proffessional and can or could impress some of this board followers...it almost looks like you are twinning the ...more

Thank you for the comment mat, If they buy out DM they would have an option on Anto's share as well (for few more monthes.) But that is not required, miners as big as BHP have engaged in Joint venture and have profited in past. As you mentioned yourself the confiscation risk in this region is very small and I don't think they would worry about it. The risk here is environmental permitting ...more
