Some speculation here that other world class majors will surely be tempted to not let Anto get away with stealing this one so cheap.

BUT__the 41 cent current share price suggests otherwise__not already being within a penny or so of the 45 cents offer in fact should be cause for concern right now!__Especially taking into account the massive volume/selling so far today!!!!!!!!!!!

Still stalled @ 41 cents__this deal is starting to NOT pass the smell test for some reason? Perhaps there is concern out there that a Foreign Corporation might NOT get the OK to do this takeover of what could be considered a strategic US resource?

Very astute comment RD. I also have speculated that this could be declared a part of the US strategic reserve but I really have no idea how they make such decisions. If this. were the case, however, I would think that the US govt would have to buy out DM at the same price A was willing to pay so not much risk there. I really think Anto knows this play inside out and that the deal will go ahead as ...more

Don't see how the US would object to the a richest woman of the world from Chile buying a metals deposit considering the amount of metals the US gets form that country ....Also the US can always expropriate it down the road if they so wish .....
