So, Dante/Dread has been permanently banned from Stockhouse..

While his language choices were sometimes a little over the top....his fundamental message was incredibly accurate.

Many people have lost small fortunes while Payne et al spun a web of falicies over these last 11 or more years.

Think about that! I mean really think!

Get ready for the next set of fantasy Financials....they will be out shortly!

kicked off permanently! Because he was blunt and harsh?  And I can't believe this company has gotten away with all the false statements this long.  That should get you kicked off the stock exchange let alone stockhouse.

Chieff,  Sooner or later, Payne et al will get what they deserve. They call it Karma.  Payne, Hoffman, JP Colin and others..... This is without question the worst managed company in the history of the TSX & TSXV

Disgusting falls short of describing both Payne/Dynacert for their years of lies and deception and Stockhouse for succumbing to whatever pressure has been thrown at them by this Gang of Con Artists. Dante (all name versions) may have been over-the-top colourful with his remarks and shared material but never provided specific information that wasn't either 100% accurate or reflective of ...more

Is there actually no stock exchange regulator in Canada? Why are there so many stock market fraudsters? Canadian shares now have a very bad reputation in the world.

I seen other companies doing exact same thing as DYA on Tik Tok Probably lots of companies like this, only way out is to get more cash but a plan to go in a totally different direction and a RS then a drop and let retail get back in with totally different plan, cause this dog won't bark and if it does it's just a flush job to get to bag holders imo Pig you copy? You still buying truckloads ...more

This is really really bad, I think other companies have come in doing same thing, it should really tank tomorrow, it's not going up anytime soon, they need cash and a lot of it, they are going to burn through the 6 million they just closed on and that's dilution, best thing they could do is RS then issue a ton more, find another direction at same time, no one going to buy, what would they ...more

It's not so much that Canada doesn't have Security Exchange Regulators Scamhunter, but that they have little in the way of resources to investigate and less in terms of authority.. Basically , part of bloated civil service in which incentive to achieve is limited. Usually the extent of their effort is to de-list a company so they can't publicly trade. However, that leaves the "Bad ...more

Scamhunter89, A better question might be to ask your fellow Germans at IIF why they give Payne and DYA a voice on their Forums....
Comment by cnsmith on Mar 28, 2024 4:25pm
IIF don't care they get paid and it's buyer beware. Yes very sad Dread was removed. I can guess that this is a major complaint from investors on the sidelines. This type of action is now becoming par for todays culture. People don't like what you say and they remove you from platforms.  Well time will tell, if the verra rocket is in play this half of the year as the first ...more
