Final nail in the coffin... See attached article This company is finished. Bankrupt for sure. No lender anywhere is going to give them 24 million to pay their debt... it’s over. 

If you inveted here, you knew from the start you were taking a risk... whatever value you still had left after the CEO and COO jumped ship is down the drain for sure now.
