If enb owns 80% of enf?

Why wouldnt they dig a little deeper in their piggy bank for the remaining 20%..............they dont want angry enf shareholders do they.......20 % of enf shares is only 34 million shares.

Hmmmm,  if the proposal gets voted down,  maybe they will have no choice but to sweeten if they want to move forward with their corporate agenda.  The vote is everything and the thankful exclusion of the parent from voting puts the ENF public shareholders in the drivers seat.  I will be voting NO.

I will be voting no! also. I'ts nonsence in the way they used a single days value especialy on a down day. They should have averaged at least 3 months trading history. They caused the downtrend because of expensive aquistions and financing deals and dilution.

Whether they pick a single day or a range may not make a difference, since they’ve been trading in lockstep anyway. It’s to establish the ratio, not the price. As ENB SP changes, so goes the value of the ENF conversion. I’m underwhelmed by the potential effect on div, but I like the bump in SP. I’m almost green again!

Conversion value is just over $31 at this moment, since ENB got a bump as well.

Its about 29.66.  How do you get $31?

FFS (fat finger syndrome) I used $44 instead of $42 As well as the cut in div, ENB pays quarterly. Very annoying.
