Electric Metals is holding it's AGM at Suite 1500 - 1055 West Georgia St. Vancouver, B.C. on Friday, June 08/12 at 10:30 a.m.

Everyone is welcome to come and shake hands, have some coffee & cake while discussing :

1) Elect directors

2) Appoint auditors

3) approve rolling stock option plan

4) Roll back stock...... up to 5 old for 1 new

5) consider and transact other business (secret)

I find it interesting that EMI hasn't posted results from the AGM dated June 08/12 !! Since the completion of the AGM .....the stock has traded almost a million shares. One has to think that somebody has an unfair advantage here and that Material news such as this should be disseminated in a timely manner. Time to fess up and give us shareholders the bad/good news.

From what I have seen usually the companies will only make a news release if something unexpected happens so I take it that everything was approved as proposed.
