buyback is ineffective
why does the share count never decrease? they keep issuing management/director shares who sell into the market... if this was a true buyback we would see decreasing share count rewarding all shareholders not just management/directors

directors dumped their free shares at $4.5 so we have a new trading range

NOT RIGHT!!! I RESEARCHED THIS THEY HAD FEWER SHARES 4 YEARS AGO SO WHAT HAS THE BUYBACK ACCOMPLISHED! THIS IS SCANDALOUS MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTORS ARE LIKE PIGS AT THE TROUGH!!!!!
