You guys have to realize that  most of their past stock option compensation for the executices probably expired worthless because of EDT's low stock prce over the past 3 years. I did not verify this just a hunch.

Also I been talking about getting the financing done ASAP to get it out of the way for 2 months now.
Maybe now that the executive compensation is settled we can get on with it.
