RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TODAY’S NUMBERSMost of their options that are now worthless were PSUs (Perfomance Share Units) they were incentives to "perform". But, since they came nowhere near hitting the company's performance goals those options disappeared.

Now they just vote to stuff their own pockets with RSUs - so they can enrich themselves without worrying about actually "performing".
