Coal Will Be Used to Produce Electrical Energy: EEE provides ,One Answer--K-Fuel: Independent coal suppliers are moving forward with their own plans to build stand-alone, K-fuel plants, then you haven't been reading the news: https://evgenergy.com/documents/Release-Indonesia-Evergreen-FINAL.shtml That air permit for the Arch coal creek plant is also still moving forward, just visit the Wyoming DEQ office in Gillette if you don't believe me. I would say that Arch qualifies as another independent coal supplier, wouldn't you????
