I talked w/ both Gundersen & Clark....Will Vote Gundersen!

After having spent about 40 minutes talking with Gundersen and about the same amount of time talking with Clark.......I have decided that  Mr. Gundersen is the more credible professional.

Mr. Gundersen has spent an incredible amount of effort, time, and money on thisproject to save Eagle.
I believe he is an honest guy just trying to do the right thing here.

I believe his plan is much less risky than Clark's. Reducing both debt and outrageous management salaries is critical. I still am shocked that Clark is making

$778,000 in compensation for 2016! Shocked I tell you!

Gundersen also owns over 500,000 shares of Eagle.

Of, course he will be shareholder friendly.

 

My opinion and I'm voting blue.....with Mr. Gundersen!

Hello Yieldguy, Quick Question In my Email with Mr Gunersen he never said anything about outstanding loan. Like do they have Funds to pay off loan. Did Mr Gundersen say what would happen with the loan on a board change.? Wait for you reply I

I did ask him that question, as a matter of fact. He said he had talked with other professionals within the industry and they told him that getting another loan would not be a problem. I'll say it again, my impression is that Mr Gundersen has taken on this "project" for all the  right and honorable reasons! And, I will say this again.  It really, really is distubing that

This is when his relationship with Mr clark (Re EGL) went bad. Who knows what company this was for.? In October 2016, Mr. Gundersen submitted an offer to Eagle to purchase certain Eagle assets. What is this company.? Until I know the real reason for this Sill sitting on the fence. Yellow or Blue
