So I would assume by the price action since the announcement on January 2nd that EGL is going to $0 ... anyone have the opposite viewpoint?

What a company, email , call... Nothing !!! First question  when  they  sold the Flats why did the bank let them us the  funds to drill????? They  should of knew the debt level ??? And why not decide to stay in Canada or the US??? Bad bank or Mangement here again ... This one could be over ...

Yes, for every seller, there is a buyer.  If they manage to pull a rabbit out of their butt and negotiate something with the lenders, then those currently buying will make a ton. Otherwise we all lose everything.
