Dixonville to be sold.  Dixonville 147 Mmbbls paid 100M$, actual value 50M$ ?
All efforts will be concentrated in North Texas asset ?

Even if they sold for only $50M, that would pay off their debt and leave $15M left over. Just that is 35 cents per share. It just shows how undervalued this stock is right now.
