That brilliant "contrarian" that brought us the merger now get's a "sweetheart" deal. Sickening.

What a bunch of F**ing A**holes. Now with Gold on the upswing a placement at 12 cents. They couldn't tighten their belts for a while? There are no morals at all left in this market.

Makes me wonder if this was why the share price got hammered so bad after the earnings release. Did management have this deal planned beforehand? (Kind of like before the Gold Ore merger, as in "why did Elgin's share price advance so much before they announced they were going to rip off, err,  I mean "merge" with Gold Ore"). Twenty five percent dilution ...more
