Well the floats are coming from the banks the shorters work for...didnt you know that? They work for banks and try to make money for them...they sell you stocks..then short those stocks...they dont lose anything because its not their money..if the bank misses and loses on a stock they write it off...total scam..all banks need to be investigated...look at scotiabank...manipulating gold and silver got caught..paid a fine...with stock holders money..and continue to do it on a daily basis...thats how manipulated and corrupt the banks and government are. We are all being scammed by big banks and corrupt government. Example:
Trudeau dragged his feet with the oil from the west because he made a deal with Saudi Arabia and IRVING on the east coast who has a deal with quebec refineries to try to kill the western oil....well they did it...so its ok to ship arabian oil across the ocean but not our own in a pipe from the west...
