PSF Value
Does anyone have any thougts to PSF value and how would EMH share price be impacted if VFF
were to buy out Emerald out of PSF.

As EMH owns 41% of PSF the more pertinent question relates to the value of EMH. It is not likely that the 41% would exceed the Enterprise Value of EMH which was ~ $90M as of Mar. 31/20. In other words, if VFF was to assume EMH’s debt ($51M) they could buy all of EMH’s assets for 20 cents/share.
