Lawsuit Emerald Health Sciences
According to the B.C court registry looks like Emerald Health Sciences and its directors are being sued for oppression against a shareholder...interesting...

These kinds of lawsuits happen all the time, it is not necessarily a reflection of the company. Also, you obviously failed to pay the $6 to look into these court hearings further as they are showing updates. These may already have been dealt with. Either way, I dont believe these to be a concern.

So a shareholder suing the company, the co founders and the directors (also currently sitting on the board of EMH) in a oppression case isn't a reflection of the company?...lol The concern would be a class action as other shareholders will follow and they usually do. FYI..just because the court registry has been updated doesn't necessarily mean this has been dealt with.
