Hopefully they will vote no cause they can get a way way better deal than this.

Even if they do vote no, this is still going to hurt this company's reputation now that we know this CEO will sell for cheap.

I don't understand the benefit of selling so cheap by the CEO. I think people were right, this company was 2-3 quarters away from moving the needle to between $1.50 and $2.50 a share. Unless they didn't have the financial runway to last that long. This deal also made all of executive leadership team's options useless, unless they will pick up new ones at a lower price! I& ...more
