Warrants are undervalued by half. The market cap will double with the deal but the warrants have fallen by half??? The warrant structures remain the same except the payout is a ratio from the new entity. I think some were confused and sold; the new warrants should be around .20 to .25 after the deal goes through wrt market cap.

According to this recent pump article analysts are very bullish on Emblem/Aleafia together... 299% higher target price. Warrants are extremely attractive right now at these prices. https://www.fool.com/investing/2019/01/23/5-pot-stocks-wall-street-believes-will-double.aspx
