The board of directors of Emblem has unanimously recommended that shareholders vote FOR the Arrangement. Each of the directors and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, together with certain shareholders, holding in aggregate approximately 12% of the Companys issued and outstanding common shares, have entered into support and voting agreements pursuant to which they have agreed to, among other things, vote their common shares FOR the Arrangement. I think when the board votes "unanimously" they have a better idea and big plans for the future. I for one will vote YES, together with Aleafia we will grow very fast. Exciting times ahead.
