Im glad we can now call a help line and have someone who cannot speak english try to decipher instructions on a label...better to take your chances on the instructions provided. this is how we spend money eh.... atta boy steve

Its not bashing if its the truth, you really that dense to pull a qtip out of the package, swirl around in your nostril five times, pull out qtip, do opposite nostril 5 times, open solution container, break off qtip into solution, let sit for 30 seconds, open opposite end of solution container, gently squeeze onto testing strip wait 15 mins for result, take testing strip and hold up to sheet of ...more

Nope it's not about me and I'm confident I could get through the test without issue. However if someone is having difficulty understanding or has a question the solid and professional company would have this service in place.
