Empower

In April of 2018 Adira Energy becomes Empower Clinics. Flailing and on their way down, in 2019 the company pivots, makes a strategic decision to hire Steven McCauley and becomes a cannabis clinic company by acquiring Sun Valley Clinics. Revenues in 2018 (and falling dramatically) of $1.09 million also pivots, almost doubling in 2019 to $2.03 million. By 2020 and in the middle of a pandemic the company pivots slightly again and moves all in to the health sector. Revenues last year rose again to $3.2 million.

In 9 months this year the company has already matched revenues from all of last year at $3.2 million. With a full quarter of earnings for Medisure, realized revenues for a full quarter from the Canadian clinics and partial earnings from clinics opening during Q4 2021 and annual revenues could easily approach $4.5 to $5 million.

A year over year climb in revenues of roughly 25% over 4 years ...with significant expansion in to 2022 ...and beyond. Clearly not a play for day traders but a stock with significant upside if holding long.

GLTE ....holding patiently!!!
