Lawndale capital blasts Equal

a very well written letter:

https://seekingalpha.com/article/1316981-lawndale-capital-management-sends-letter-to-equal-energy-board-regarding-montclair-offer

including lawndale, the company seems to be having a civil war with its largest three shareholders (alsaadi, hazelrig and lawndale) never seen this before.

It's a lot more than three and has been going on for over a year.. Annual meeting is May 13 in Calgary and there could be a lot of opposition to the entrenched management. One shareholder living 10,000 KM away has publicly stated he plans to fly there to personally voice his displeasure. Smiley
