Montclaire ups offer for EQU to $4.75

Offer submitted with their updated 13D filed earlier today:

The fact this was filed publicly a day after it was presented to the board, means Montclaire is going the hostile route, I expect Equal board to respond by securing a white knight at $5+. It is also worth noting that propane prices hit a new high for 2013 yesterday ($1.05/gal) this further underpins Equal's valuation and help secures a higher bid.
