maybe they wont have enough votes:

https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/lawndale-capital-management-expresses-concerns-over-equal-energy-sale-agreement-235225931.html

last year it was nawar, now it is lawndale, this is looking like a deja vu!

pls do not compare nawar with lawndale... nawar proved emprirically he knows nothing about stocks and equal and made a fool of himself selling just days before the deal was announced... lawndale on the other hand is trying to fight for equal shareholders the proper and LEGAL way there are highers offers coming for equal, bet on it glta

"lawndale on the other hand is trying to fight for equal shareholders the proper and LEGAL way" Do you mean nawar was doing something illegal? I don’t understand the difference between his press release last year asking for buybacks and dividends and this one from Lawndale?.

nawar was gonna be sued by the company till he stopped harassing them like a fool, then also like a fool he sold his shares at the worst possible time he did nothing for the company, any things he was "asking" for were being asked by others for many years before he showed up, he is gone now thankfully he did nothing for the company except bother them and clearly he knew nothing about the ...more

You seem very concerned about how many millions nawar made or did not make. I wouldn't worry about him, somone who can buy 5% of any company knows how to make money. I am getting tired myself with all the drama at equal, and may follow his lead. Does anyone know what nawar is buying right now?.

how is the I love nawar fan club going? pls sell your shares and move on glta

You sound mentally disturbed?. Are you on any medication?. You have reduced this message board to a nawar hatred thread, why don't YOU sell and keep this board clean?
Comment by fibonnaci on Dec 16, 2013 1:53pm
oh so there are 2 members of the I love nawar fan club... wow, at least he will sell 2 copies of his "book" pls follow the other and sell and leave this board to ACTUAL holders of this stock, which nawar is not

I am a shareholder, but I don't think you are since the only thing you talk about here is nawar. Why don't you go find where he is and bug him there?. No one wants you on this thread.
Comment by fibonnaci on Dec 16, 2013 7:42pm
no one wants u here... pls take nawar fan club elsewhere

I think he moved to Epsilon Energy (EPS), stock is up 15% since he wrote about it.
