I agree.  But for now it seems there are those who think that any dilution is bad dilution.

Raptor, I think in this junior environment, the offer of extra cash was just too good to turn down. There's not alot of junior company's that can raise $12 million today, and, who knows, they may need it down the road. Adds alot of financial stability to AMW and allows for lots of drilling. The total dilution is less than 15% of the current fully diluted share count of just over 26.4

some may be warrant stripping..sell their long stock or short AMW and buy the PP unit. what is the worth of 1/2 a warrant? 10-20 cents? then deduct that from the 4.00 price to get the value of the share being sold in the PP.

And never forget these guys including those who got to participate don't like to not be invited to the dance. They all think of themselves as prom kings and queens and when they get snubbed they act vindictively at times.
