These guys are a bunch of fraudsters who want to steal the company from under your noses. Current management wants to keep its jobs; you can rest assured that they have an agreement with the purchaser which will guarantee their employ for years to come. It's funny: the more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm truly disgusted at this management team; the scenario reminds me of Copeland, the muppet from Corel - who burned shareholders in the early 2000s. It's time to have a beer and commiserate management's stolidity. Cheers, JJ.
