Oh my

Oh myE trades below 0.40, after what some consider a great Q3 the price declines. How is this possible? Management's opinion is the company is grossly undervalued, this has been their opinion for the last 6 years. If 6 years has elapsed can the company really be trading at a huge discount? Doubtful......
