RE:RE:RE:RE:The future of LTCNo government wants to run LTC beds.   Exetendicare will be backstopped by the province or the feds.   They are too important to fail.   in 3 years the LTC bed situation will be way worse than it is now.  Governments will offer loan assitance if needed.  You can't let these people die in the streets.
