conspiracy

I bought a fair amount of shares yesterday and I don't believe I'm part of this crazy conspiracy theory. I believe this stock is set up to double in the next week. What I don't like about it is the financial situation and that management seems to be more worried about diluting this stock instead of bring on a solid financial arm to back a solid product. It almost seems like they don't know how good of a position they are in. This is a multi-billion dollar industry which is deregulating pesticides.  Managed right this stock could be worth a couple of dollars.

Look at Converted Organics (COIN) in the US and their predicament. Their conditions are very similar to FTE's but they went for fast expansion, they owe a lot money, and now they are having a hard time finding financing to hold them over until their sales can. If I had 15 mil$ it would probably go to COIN, but I guess people who do have that kind of money are not interested. This is all ...more

Investing in (Coin)would be a mistake at any price. it was driven up on phoney FKUCK PR's and they never ever had any substance. the stock did do it's job for savvy shareholder who were in first as it ran from 3.44 to $16 and the insiders sold heavily. It was what you call a scam stock and left many holding the bag, manily Funds. I know this as a good friend of mine actually was playing it ...more

One of the most important criteria when choosing a company for investment purposes is the attitude of management toward excessive dilution and debt IMHO.   Personally prefer to invest with a company whose management collectively exhibit a cautious and conservative attitude toward dilution/debt.As to going to the market to raise capital from financial institutions being a way to bring in ...more

I wasn't referring much to trading prices as much I was to the company trying to run faster than its market, apparantly, can absorb. They blew through money like crazy to streamline the process of establishing and expanding, as if the organic fertilizer market was the latest craze.
