As I stated earlier - I went to Forterra Sunday morning - I had thought when they indicated they were open to the public that they were offering to show the place off - probably my misunderstanding. What has me concerned however, is that 2 other people I know are investors that (both at different times Sunday afternoon around 2:00pm) stopped by for the "Open House" and no one was there to even answer the doors. I sent an email to Forterra yesterday morning at 8:59am - first to
customerservice@forterra which gave a bounce back - then to
info@forterra (investor relations) - to which I still haven't received a reply:
Hello,
I stopped by on Sunday morning around 8:30am for the "Open House". It wasn't quite what I expected (I thought it was for a tour of the facility) - but I was able to purchase a couple bags of the Premium Worm Castings though. I have spoken with others (I and they are also investors in the company) - they stopped by later on Sunday around 2:15pm but no one was there to answer the doors. I am curious as to how the "Open House" was planned or who was supposed to be in charge of it as this does not bode well for our investment money when an advertised "Open House" is handle this way - it creates a poor public view of the company.
Thank you - concerned investor
