Spoke to IR the company is sadly finished and will likely not be permitted to trade after release on the TSX-V.

This is unfortunate although not unexpected given the way management tried to let this stuff just sell itself instead of actively pursuing sales avenues. Such as actually activating the online sales engine or trying to distribute through local gardening centres.
