What is going on here ?
They set up an online store - that doesn't answer their emails... Perhaps because they recognize my email address. 
Is there anyone out there that knows how to get some answers from this company?

Not the way a public company should behave.
I want my money back.

It's a non running scam, it was never anything but a scam to relieve the baggis from their money!!!
